1 Basic 9” Double Crust (unbaked)
5 cups Fresh Mango, Sliced
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Butter
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix mango and lemon juice.
Stir together sugar, flour and cinnamon. Mix with mango.
Pour into pie crust; dot with butter.
Cover with top crust and cut steam vents).
Bake for 35-35 minutes or until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in the crust. Serve warm.
